Presenter

Dr. Jun Ma,Harbin Institute of Technology, China

The presentation will review the development of advanced oxidation processes such as catalytic ozonation for enhanced degradation of refractory pollutants (pesticides, EDCs and pharmaceuticals) in aqueous solution in the presence of some nanoparticles. The combined processes of catalytic ozonation and biological activated carbon filtration for the treatment of polluted surface water was introduced. Full scale applications of above processes in water and wastewater reclamation are introduced.
